Starting coding at the age of 9 and a software engineer by heart, I have become to understand the importance of team work in software engineering to make its results shine. As complex a task as writing functional code requires the best processes, environment and technology available. Enabling and empowering people to reach ambitious goals is the prime directive for any leader.
